The Oregon Executive MBA Program is pleased to offer the services of Lorraine Neff as a member of our professional and career development team. As part of our ongoing efforts to provide our graduates with one-on-one consulting and workforce preparation, Neff will lead customized career guidance sessions. These will include anything from workshopping résumés to interview preparation and practice, the creation of a personal marketing plan, and advice regarding networking opportunities available through the school and beyond.
Neff’s services are available at no cost to our students with a referral from Dale Morse or Erika Foin. In order to obtain a referral, please send a statement of what you hope to gain from a session with Neff, and we will get back to you in a timely manner. All sessions are, we should underscore, confidential.
Lorraine Neff has over 20 years of experience in employee development and career consulting in the corporate environment, including time as a Certified Career Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison (and international leadership development organization) and Career Development for KeyCorp (a national financial services company). In her private practice, Neff has worked with employees at all levels, and created and managed two career centers during Hewlett Packard’s first organizational restructuring effort.
Oregon Executive MBA announces our new virtual Career Success Center, available to alumni and current students. Through our continued efforts to meet your career management needs, we have partnered with CareerBeam to bring you the best career development information and the best company and industry research tools available in the market. The Career Success Center has a career development seminar series that has assessments, professional resume & cover letter builders and search strategy resources for you.
